B's Quick & Cheesy Chicken Alfredeaux

Ingredients:
2 Bags of Lipton alfredo sauce and noodles
½ pound of Velveeta Cheese (approx. ¼ of a block)
2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Tony Chacherie's Seasoning

Directions:
Chop up the block of cheese into small cubes and set aside. Season chicken breast as desired. Grill Chicken. (Using a "George Foreman Grill" is ideal for fast results.) Once chicken is fully cooked, cut chicken into small square pieces and set aside. Next, follow Directions and make Lipton Noodles. (Microwave directions may be used for faster results.) When noodles are done, remove from heat (or microwave). Combine cheese cubes with noodles and mix throroughly. Once cheese is fully melted, stir in chicken. Serve immediately, or re-heat and serve later. Makes about 6-8 healthy servings.

Note: Chicken can be substituted for just about any kind of meat. This is a good recipe to use with leftover turkey or even leftover crab meat, crawfish or shrimp from a seafood boil.
