Hamilton Dantin's Courtbouillion

Ingredients:
3 medium onions
1 medium bell pepper
1 cup celery
1 cup mushrooms
1 large jar of Ragu Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce
2 small jars of pitted olives
2 small jars of pearl onions
2 cans Cambells Cream of Mushroom soup.
Seafood of your choice

Directions:
Combine medium onions, bell pepper and celery. Saute until translucent. Add remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to a slow boil for 30 minutes.Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce. Add the zest of 1 lemon and reduce heat to a simmer. Add seafood and cover. Cook until seafood is done. Serve over steamed rice or seashell pasta and garlic bread or toast. Also works well as a soup! Serves 10.
