Martine Colin's Mandarin Cake
Ingredients:
¼ tsp baking powder
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 eleven ounce can of mandarin orange slices
1 cup vegetable oil
1 twenty ounce can of crushed pineapple
1 tub of whipped topping
1 three ounce package of vanilla pudding mix
Directions:
Combine baking powder, yellow cake mix, eggs and oil. Mix
together and fold in orange slices. Pour into 3 eight inch round
pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
Mix pineapple, whipped topping and pudding mix and frost layers
of cake.
